Service
chatai-art is an AI portrait generation website. Users can upload a portrait, choose a style, preview the direction, and, when checkout is available, purchase one generation attempt or a selected generation package.
Generation attempts
A paid order purchases the number of AI generation attempts described at checkout. A generation attempt means that the system submits your selected image, style, and notes to the generation workflow. It does not guarantee that every artistic detail will match personal preference.
User responsibilities
You must own the image you upload or have permission from the person shown in the image. Do not upload images that violate privacy, intellectual property, publicity rights, or applicable law. Do not use the service to harass, impersonate, defame, or mislead others.
Content rules
We may reject or remove requests that involve illegal, abusive, hateful, sexual, exploitative, deceptive, or otherwise harmful content. Cultural and historical portrait styles are offered as artistic interpretations, not as claims of identity, status, religion, nationality, or affiliation.
Output rights
Subject to these Terms and any payment provider rules, you may use generated portraits for personal projects, gifts, profile images, and social sharing. For commercial campaigns, merchandise, resale, or large-scale usage, contact us first.
Availability
AI generation may be delayed or unavailable because of model capacity, third-party providers, maintenance, network failures, or safety review. We may change, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service as needed.
Limitation
The service is provided on an as-available basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, chatai-art is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
