What you purchase
chatai-art sells AI portrait generation attempts. A generation attempt means the system uses your uploaded image, selected style, and notes to create a new AI portrait result. The purchase is not a promise that the artistic outcome will match every personal preference.
Eligible refund situations
You may contact us for review if you were charged but no generation attempt was started, if a technical failure prevented delivery, if the wrong package was charged because of a checkout error, or if a duplicate accidental charge occurred.
Not usually refundable
Completed generation attempts are generally not refundable solely because of subjective artistic preference, hairstyle preference, costume preference, or a change of mind after generation has started. AI results can vary by input photo and model behavior.
Review process
To request a review, email wanyochat@gmail.com with your order email, approximate purchase time, selected style, and a short description of the issue. We may offer a refund, replacement attempt, or other remedy depending on the issue and payment provider rules.
Payment provider timing
If a refund is approved, processing time depends on the payment provider and card issuer. Provider fees, currency conversion, or banking delays may affect the final timing or amount shown by your bank.
